GAV Flash updated web site
My boss put up a new web site for the project I'm working on at the university yesterday. The project is called GAV Flash (where GAV = GeoAnalytics Visualization) and 'Flash' is referring to Adobe Flash ™. From the site:
GAV Flash provides a collection of interactive GeoAnalytics visualization components
based on state-of-the-art technique from the information and geovisualization research domain.
Many features needed in a visual explorative and analytical reasoning process are included such
as coordinated multi-linked views, multivariate attribute data exploration,parallel coordinates
with embedded dynamic visual inquiries and highlighted outliers.
There are also links to demo applications on the site: OECD eXplorer and SCB eXplorer. The names of the applications hints about what is to come in the future.
You will most likely hear about the project a couple of times if you stay tuned.

- Dear, i found your GAV falsh, and i was really impressed, i hade alredy worked with Geocommons for my job. actually i am doing a similar job that will make the Algerian (i am from algeria) social and demographique data available using a visual and an analytic tool. i am wondering if there is a source code who can be shared. or an older version who is open source. i mean a solution that i can translate in french and arabic and make it look as our data needs to. keep the work going. and let the force be with you Karim
